In these hard and trying times, my friends and I thought of ways wherein we could raise funds while de-cluttering our homes… we then decided on having a rummage sale. For as they say, one man’s trash could be another man’s treasure. We sold our old clothes, bags, shoes, books, magazines and dvd’s. Instead of these items just gathering dust in our homes, we turned it into a goldmine. And it was a success… the only drawback was the weather. It rained towards the late afternoon so we had to close shop early. It was our first venture and took note of a lot of areas which we could improve for next time. Yes, there is a next time and you better watch out for it. The rummage was held last Sunday and as these pictures show, we had a blast.
